Caldic Foodservice & Retail will from now on operate under the new name Delinuts Nordics.

We’re happy to announce that Acomo has acquired our nuts and dried food business Caldic Foodservice & Retail from Caldic and we’re now a part of the Acomo Group.  Acomo is a Euronext Amsterdam-listed diversified, plant-based food ingredients Group. The acquisition by Acomo will further strengthen the group’s Spices & Nuts segment and establish a stepping stone in the European Nordic markets.

While we’re working on the integration and the formalities it’s business as usual.

Our dedicated team in Malmö still takes care of everything from purchasing and sales to product development and sustainability. The production site in Malmö is working at full speed into the peak season and we provide high-quality products, delivered at the right time, at the right price, to the right customer.

We have great plans for the future an we’re looking forward to the journey as Delinuts Nordics and being a part of the Acomo Group.
